In this role, you will be responsible for well and sick child visits: obtaining patients histories; taking vitals, heights and weights; administering immunizations; assisting providers with routine office procedures as needed; preparing prescriptions to be sent to pharmacies; triaging; and any other duties under the legal scope of practice of the nurse as assigned.

You will be scheduled approximately 35 hours/week, Monday to Friday – 4 days a week with a day off during the week! Candidates must be flexible to work evening hours once a week and 2 Saturday’s and 1 Sunday a month. Saturday and Sunday offer premium pay!

Qualified candidates will hold an active NYS RN. Previous nursing experience and experience working a Pediatric population, within an office setting is preferred.  Basic keyboarding, EMR, and computer skills, and ability to multi-task are a must!  Medent experience is a plus.  You may be required to lift up to 50 pounds.

We are conducting a search for an exceptional LPN to work in an Family Medicine setting in the Pittsford area!  This is a full time, temp to hire position working weekdays, Monday through Friday – no evenings, weekends or holidays! Job duties will include both clinical and administrative functions.

Responsibilities:

Rooming patients.

Record a patient’s medical history accurately

Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc.

Conduct minor lab testing

Administer injections

Communicate with patients’ family or friends to provide advice, comfort and release instructions

Requirements:

LPN experience with medical office and or outpatient setting.

Any experience with injections is highly preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Successful completion of LPN license program is a must

We are conducting searches for an exceptional LPN’s to work within Internal Medicine office in the Brighton area. Full-time, Monday thru Friday between the hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. In this role you will be a VIP in the lives of the patients of your practice. Your duties will include both clinical and administrative functions.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care utilizing your strong communication skills in a fast-paced setting.  Job duties will include both clinical and administrative functions: rooming patients, documenting the visit, administering medications and injections, conducting minor lab testing and other related duties as assigned.

This will be full time, temp to hire position working weekdays, Monday through Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, no evenings, weekends or holidays!
