This is a direct hire position for an RN with a strong background in quality assurance to monitor and identify problems/solutions related to clinical assessment reviews by a team of nurses.

In this role you will develop policies on the ground-floor of a new program serving the children of NYS. You will continuously evaluate the quality of service and client satisfaction and ensure the provision of necessary training. Additionally, you will be responsible for reporting weekly and monthly project status reports as well as collaborating with the team and serving as an expert for all QA and Compliance issues.

Salary: Up to 95K annually!

Days/Hours: Monday – Friday, day hours.

Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s in Nursing is required, Master’s degree is preferred.
    • 2+ years of RN experience in home care or UAS preferred.
    • 2+ years of Quality Assurance and Risk Management.
    • Bilingual Preferred (any languages)

This is a deadline-driven environment.  Strong analytical and writing skills are required.

Days/Hours:  Full time, 40 hours a week. Monday – Friday, an 8-hour shift between 7 AM and 5:00 PM. Working from home, you must be logged on for the full scheduled shift, with no outside distractions.

Salary: $20/hour.

Minimum Qualifications:  You must have a valid NYS LPN  license, and a minimum typing speed of 35 WPM is required. 2 years previous experience in a medical office environment. Previous medical record review experience is helpful.
