#102219: RN / Registered Nurse – Seneca Falls, Direct Hire! (Seneca County)

We are currently recruiting for a position with a wonderful non-for-profit agency in picturesque Seneca County.  If you are seeking a weekday position, no weekends, evenings or holidays, serving the I/DD population, we have an excellent opportunity!  In this role, your primary job duty will be to ensure primary medical care is provided to adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. This will include job duties such as: overseeing med passes, training direct support staff, reviewing and scheduling preventative care services, and accompanying residents to medical appointments.  The right candidate will work well as part of an interdisciplinary team, will possess critical thinking skills, and will be able to provide basic nursing assessments along with the creation of care plans.

This opportunity offers a unique form of nursing as it allows you the opportunity to know your patients for a long period of time.  You can build strong bonds with the lives of the people, and their families, of whom you support.  This is a Direct Hire position that also provides a great option for nurses seeking a great work-life balance.  You will typically work between the hours of 8:00AM-4:00PM, Monday through Friday.  Salary is dependent on experience and a comprehensive benefits package.

A valid and current NYS RN license is required.  New grads will be considered!
