In this role you would be responsible for check in, check out, greeting patients, verifying insurance, confirming demographic information, scheduling appointments, collecting co-pays, obtaining prior authorizations, and any other duties as needed.

This great opportunity is paying $16/hr. with a Monday through Friday shift, 8am-5pm with one late day on Thursday until 8pm.

Minimum Qualifications: Must have Medical Receptionist experience within a private practice.

If you enjoy variety in your day and would like to gain some private practice experience then we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are currently in search of a Medical Assistant for a 2-month temporary assignment (potentially longer if needed) at a prestigious private practice! You would be floating between two different offices throughout the week – one in Williamsville and one in Buffalo.

As a Medical Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of office and clinic procedures including rooming patients, taking vitals, documentation in the EMR system, assisting with check in / check out, preparing rooms for treatment and exams, and any other duties as needed.

This fantastic opportunity is paying $17/hr. and the hours are flexible depending on the clinic:

Williamsville Clinic: Monday – Friday, anytime between 730a-5p with a Monday evening rotation working 12p-8p

Buffalo Clinic: Monday – Friday, anytime between 730a-5p with a Thursday late night until 8pm

Minimum Qualifications: 2+ years of Medical Assistant experience, preferably in a private practice. MA Certification preferred.
