We have an immediate need for an experienced LPN to work a temporary assignment at a prestigious Internal Medicine clinic in Williamsville, NY! This position is anticipated to last at least 2 months, potentially longer if needed.

You will be responsible for rooming patients, taking vitals and histories, administering injections and/or immunizations, communicating plan of care to patients, ensuring the EMR is updated with correct records and information before and after patient appointments, assisting physicians with patient exams and procedures, and any other duties as needed. The hours are full-time, Monday through Friday, any 8-hour shift between 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM. There is one late shift on Monday’s from 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM. The pay rate is $20/hr.

Immediate need for a detail-oriented individual to join an expanding team of professionals in the Brighton/Henrietta area! This is a clerical position, with many repetitive tasks that demand a high level of attention to detail; strict adherence to HIPAA privacy laws is mandatory. In this role, you act as a liaison between the Customer Service/Coordinators and Billing departments and will be accountable for the review of all required documentation for insurance coverage and reimbursement. The ideal candidate will be someone who reflects the organization’s commitment to improving patient care; can be discrete and confidential with information; and be willing to put in the time and energy it takes to get the job done!

An AAS in a Business related field is required. Strong computer skills are a must; a working knowledge of insurance/payers and medical terminology is highly preferred.

After training, you can enjoy a flexible schedule working any 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00AM-5:00PM!

Salary is up to $18/hour, and excellent benefits are offered after hire!
