Do you crave a position that allows you the agency to work independently, while still giving back to the community? Our CAS Assessor positions include do-it-yourself scheduling, home and community visits, documentation from the comfort of your home, and the ability to make a difference in the lives of the Developmentally Disabled population.

In this role, you will travel to the homes of Medicaid eligible adults to perform person-centered CAS (Coordinated Assessment System) assessments to determine each individual’s strengths, needs and interests. Travel is based on your location and may include neighboring counties. Your assessment will form the backbone of coordinated services for the DD population.

Days/Hours: Full time, 40 hours weekly.

 

Schedules are flexible and will include evening and weekend work.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in required. Over 30 majors in human service related fields are accepted!
  • 1+ years of post education experience working with the Developmentally Disabled population.

 

Salary: $20/HR + $100 weekly to cover mileage and tolls.

Travel: Expect to travel 5 days a week!
