We are seeking to find outstanding administrative candidates for a growing firm on the Eastside of Rochester for full time, temp with hire position.
In this role, you will be responsible for responding to and coordinating clients’ needs as well as handling a wide range of general administrative office duties for the call center function: to include: answering a high volume of phone calls, coordinating medical record review process, performing high volume data entry and resolving issues relating to; provider office inquiries, incomplete/incorrect documentation and medical records. Additionally, the Assistant is also responsible for providing administrative support to staff as requested and any other duties as requested by supervisor.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm for 8/hr. shift with the flexibility of overtime and to work day OR evening shifts as needed.
Salary will be $16/hr.
Minimum Qualifications: AAS Degree preferred or High School Diploma. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an administrative and/or medical office position required; health care experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to use personal computers and associated software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite on an Apple platform. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including correct grammar and punctuation, as well as the ability to create correspondence, respond to requests in a timely manner, and facilitate the appropriate exchange of information. Effective organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects. Competent and courteous telephone manner, with focus on serving the customer. Demonstrated self-starter who accepts responsibility and accountability. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and generate a positive relationship with all stakeholders.
