Positions are currently available in Bronx,  Kings, and Suffolk Counties. There are anticipated openings in Dutchess,  New York, Orange, Queens, Richmond, Ulster, and Westchester Counties. Candidates in the Lower Hudson Valley area must be able to cover all three counties: Orange, Ulster, and Dutchess.

In this role you will travel to 2 appointments daily within your travel area (depending on your preference) and complete an interview with a patient. You will then finalize a UAS assessment to determine eligibility for Long Term care services. This is a direct hire placement onto Med-Scribe’s growing assessor team, with Health and Vision insurance available.

Schedule:  Full Time – 35 Hours weekly. Monday – Friday with occasional Saturday hours.

Salary: $50/HR or $53/HR for a bilingual Spanish candidate.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing is required.
  • At least 1 year of home care or community health experience required.
  • At least 1 year of UAS experience accepted in lieu of home care experience.
  • Proficient computer skills are required, preferred 35 WPM typing speed.
