While providing the best-in-class customer service, you will receive and implement repair requests, ensure that all assigned orders are processed quickly and accurately, determine reimbursement eligibility, and coordinate the timely provision of services. Your ability to think on your feet, problem-solve and take a minimum of 50 calls per day is key. Any knowledge of medical insurance will be a great addition in this position.

A HS Diploma/GED is required, an AAS in a business related field is preferred. Prior healthcare, insurance verification and call center experience is highly preferred.
