We are seeking a committed and compassionate candidate with prior healthcare experience for a great role within a growing company in Rochester.  Our client is invested in their employees’ success and offers a fun, dynamic, and engaging workplace full of learning opportunities and growth.  In this role, you will work closely with the Sales Consultants and act as the primary point for contact for complex rehab equipment orders.  You will be responsible for conducting insurance benefit and eligibility verifications, requesting and obtaining prior authorizations and ensuring that billing codes are accurate.  Phone and email interaction is essential as you gather and review all necessary documentation in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.

If you have prior experience working with various medical insurances, payers and authorizations and take pride in your superior customer service approach, this may be the perfect fit for you!  An AAS degree and minimum of two years of healthcare experience are required.   Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook; the ability to think quick-on-your-feet and ability to multitask, are also required.

Salary is up to $17/hour and offers a comprehensive benefits package upon hire, including health, dental and vision!  After training, you can even enjoy a flexible schedule working any 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30AM-5:00PM!
