Med-Scribe, Inc. recruits top-notch talent for great healthcare employers. We are conducting searches for an experienced Secretary / Receptionist to work within primary care office within Monroe County.

Our busy Internal Medicine office is in dire need of a Medical Secretary to join our team. This is a growing practice with one Physician and three Physician’s Assistants, in addition to nursing and supportive care staff. The Medical Secretary will be responsible for numerous administrative tasks in the front of the office, including many patient-facing responsibilities, as well as working within the phone room. Consequently, we’re looking for a professional with excellent customer service skills and a genuine desire to help patients receive the care they need.

Duties to include but not limited to: maintain and schedule appointments, answer phones, greet patients, entry and reconciliation of charges, ensures accuracy of patients information, and any other duties as requested by manager. This will be full time Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm with the flexibility to stay until 5:30pm occasionally, temp to hire opportunities within internal medicine practices.

Hours; Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm for 8 hour shift, 40/hours per week, with flexibility to stay until 5:30pm as needed . No weekend or holidays!

Salary will depend on experience and will include a PHENOMENAL benefits package upon hire after 90 days!

Minimum qualifications: High School diploma and 2 years related work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Medical terminology experience required.
