Are you looking to utilize your nursing and leadership skills in a challenging position? We are recruiting for a direct hire position for an RN with an excellent background in quality assurance.  You will be managing the Quality Assurance Program for UAS- NY clinical assessment reviews by the nursing team.

In this role you will, you will continuously evaluate the quality of service and client satisfaction and ensure the provision of necessary training. Additionally, you will be responsible for reporting weekly and monthly project status reports as well as collaborating with the team and serving as an authority for all QA and Compliance issues.

This is a remote opportunity with the potential to commute to the office as needed.

Salary: Up to 90K annually with excellent benefits.

Days/Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday, day hours.

Requirements:A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required. A minimum of two years of RN experience in medical / surgical / geriatric / LTC / ambulatory care is required. At least two years of Quality Assurance and Risk Management in a clinical setting are highly preferred. Previous UAS experience is highly preferred.  Required skills: Technological skills; strong analytical skills; detail and solution oriented; ability to work independently; excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills; and ability to use spreadsheet or database software.
