#113418: Medical Secretary / Receptionist – (Spencerport area)

This Temp to hire position will be full-time Monday to Friday for 40/hrs. per week. This is a great opportunity for experienced medical secretary/receptionist to join a growing practice that provides the highest level of quality care to their patients. Enjoy variety by working with patients over the age of 18 to the elderly! Your experience within a private doctor’s office will allow you to function within a fast-paced private practice setting.

Duties to include but not limited to: responsible for answering incoming telephone calls within the call center of a medical office setting, greeting and assisting patients, patient registration and checkout, appointment scheduling, medical record management and any other duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualification/Experience: High School diploma and one to two years related work experience in MD office or Urgent Care setting required; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Medical terminology required and EMR experience helpful.
