Your strong phone presence, healthcare background and knowledge of medical terminology will allow you to excel in this exciting temp to hire role within a large medical insurance corporation.  In this position, you will provide customer service and administrative support, by answering and routing approximately 20-45 inbound calls/day to the appropriate clinical staff.  When not taking calls, you will be working clerically, sorting electronic faxes, interacting with various medical specialists, and other related duties as assigned.

Previous healthcare and customer service experience is required.  Strong computer skills are also a must!

These are full time positions, Monday through Friday – work the schedule that is best for you: 8:00AM-4:30PM or 8:30AM-5:00PM, with potential Saturday morning shifts once every 4-6 weeks.  There is even the potential to work from home 2 days/week and during inclement weather, once fully trained.  Anticipated to last AT LEAST through March 2019, with likely hire by the client!

Salary is $16/hour.
