Med-Scribe, Inc. recruits top-notch Medical Receptionist/Secretaries for great positions in healthcare! We are in search of qualified candidates to provide staff relief on a full time basis within medical offices in the following areas: Allegany, Steuben, Livingston, Genesee and Wyoming Counties. In this role, you will be assigned as a full time employee to family and internal medical offices we serve through Allegany, Steuben, Livingston, Genesee, Wyoming Counties. Working as a Medical Receptionist, your primary duty will be to perform functions associated with patient information processing for ambulatory care visits. This will include patient registration, answering phones, scheduling appointments, medical record management, insurance verification and charge entry.

Minimum qualifications: A high school diploma and six months prior medical reception experience is required. You must be fast, flexible and possess a strong work ethic. Reliable transportation is also a must.
